What's Changing?

We've made some amendments to the Declarations of Trust that govern the administration of our RSP, RIF and TFSA plans. As the Trustee of your registered plan it is important that we advise you of these changes. Please review all relevant forms below at your earliest convenience.

Classic Registered Accounts
(permitted to hold only cash & GICs):

Self-Directed Registered Accounts
(permitted to hold a combination of investments, including self-directed mortgages):

No, there has been no change to your existing account number you presently hold with Community Trust.

No. We only ask that you review your new Declaration of Trust applicable to your account and plan type.

No, your signature is not required on your new Declaration of Trust.

No, an acknowledgement of receipt is not required by you. Simply review your new Declaration of Trust to become acquainted with the content.

The recent changes to the Declarations of Trust will have no impact on how you operate your account today. Simply continue with your investment choices as usual.
